Return & Refund Policy

At PISACHSTYLE, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference after ordering
- Minor color variations due to screen display

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
- A replacement product will be sent, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
